The server 10 has a registration information storing means 10a of storing registration information such IP addresses and purchase dates of terminal devices 30, 31 and 33 registered at purchase, and the registration information is retrieved by a registration information retrieving means 10b on the basis of the IP address sent from the terminal device 30 and received by the receiving means 10c. |
