SOLUTION: A secondary information utilization system is characterized in that it is provided with a permission inquiry part 10 for promoting inputting of permission information of use of primary information obtained from a plurality of owners having different types of primary information, a processing part 20 for inputting a plurality of types of primary information corresponding to the inputted permit information and processing a plurality of types of inputted primary information to generate one secondary information, and a sale part 30 for selling the processed secondary information. |
