PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling a third party to certify that a mail recipient has browsed a particular document. SOLUTION: This system is provided at least with a transmitting side computer 1 for transmitting electronic mail (e-mail), receiving side computers 7 for reception, a particular document registration server 3a in which a predetermined particular document is registered in a browsable manner by the computer 7, and a log management server 3b managed by the third party. The transmitting side computer has an identification information determination step for every e-mail, a document to be browsed receiving and registering step, an access information creation step for creating an URL address, an adding step for adding an identification code, an inserting step for inserting the URL address into the e-mail, and a transmitting step for transmitting the e-mail. The log management server has an extracting step for extracting information that can specify the mail recipient, an access history registering step for recording that the particular document has been accessed in a specifiable way, and an access history outputting step for outputting access history. |
