PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dissipate heat generated inside a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: A heat conducting film 27 which is to be installed inside and outside a sealant 41 is disposed on a counter substrate 20. The heat conducting film 27 is formed so as to be connected to a first light shielding film and a light shielding film 42 inside the sealant 41 and, at the same time, is made to be in contact with a metal case so as to conduct heat outside the sealant 41. Thereby the heat generated in the first light shielding film is efficiently conducted to the case and is dissipated. |
