PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein chip holding device capable of reducing a protein sample to be an extremely small quantity, and preventing denaturation and deactivation thereof. SOLUTION: This protein chip 33 is constituted by sticking an elastic body having a plurality of holes formed in a matrix form thereon on the upper surface of a substrate 35, and by injecting a prescribed quantity of the protein sample solution in each hole. The device is constituted from a substrate holding member 39 having a substrate locking part for holding the substrate provided on its upper surface, an elastic body holding member 45 supported rotatably so as to cover the upper surface of one end of the member, having an elastic body locking part for holding the elastic body 37 on the surface facing to the member, and having opening parts coincident with the holes 37a of the held elastic body, an opening/closing member 53 supported movably on the upper surface of the elastic body holding member, for opening/closing the opening parts, and a locking member 59 for locking the elastic body holding member when the elastic body holding member is rotated relative to the substrate holding member so as cover its upper surface, an allowing the elastic body held by the elastic body holding member to adhere to the substrate held by the substrate holding member by elastic deformation. |
