PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow storing of a sheet heating tool such as an electric carpet requiring no fixing by a packing band even when the tool is wound and stored. SOLUTION: A pair of sheet fasteners 12 are disposed on the front and back surfaces of the facing end surfaces 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d. When a body 13 is wound, a male part 12a and a female part 12b of the sheet fasteners 12 mounted to the front and back surfaces are adhered to each other. Therefore, a constant shape can be held and the tool can easily be wound in an optional size.
