<p>A decoder comprises a first bank and a second bank. The first bank is provided with dynamic control data from a microcomputer through a data bus and the second bank is provided with static control data from the microcomputer through a data bus. The dynamic control data or the static control data is read out from an address in the bank specified by an address signal. Dynamic control data read out from the first bank and the second bank is transferred to one of a plurality of registers specified by the address signal.</p> |
