<p>A technique for separation by which a sample can be separated in a short time with excellent resolution even when the sample amount is small and which is less apt to pose a problem such as clogging. Many hydrophobic regions 705 are disposed in a passageway for samples so that the regions 705 are apart from one another nearly evenly and that , in the areas other than the hydrophobic regions 705, the surface of a hydrophilic base 701 is exposed.</p> |
