PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize and display three dimensional information in the same three-dimensional space in volume graphics display of two or more pieces of three-dimensional information about the same three-dimensional space or overlapping three-dimensional spaces. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional information synthesizer is provided with data storage means 31 and 32 storing three-dimensional data V1 and V2 defined by voxel VX, data synthesizing means 4, and a synthesized data storage means 5 storing the synthesized three-dimensional data. In the data synthesizing means 4, synthesized three-dimensional data Vm defined by the voxels VX is formed by using two or more adjacent voxels VX as a synthesis processing unit U, relating the respective voxels constituting the synthesis processing unit U to either of the three-dimensional data V1 or V2, and deciding parameters for the respective voxels on the basis of the three-dimensional data V1 or V2 to which the voxels are related.
