PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber connector device in which a play of connection is prevented and an optical loss is stabilized. SOLUTION: The projected part for fitting 44 of a plug type optical fiber connector 31 is fitted into the recessed part for fitting 42 of a socket type optical fiber connector 34, a latch part 50 provided on the plug type optical fiber connector 31 is freely detachably engaged in a latch engagement part 48 provided on the socket type optical fiber connector 34. In the engaged state of the latch engage part 48 with the latch part 50, an auxiliary lock mechanism composed of a freely detachably fitted recessed part for locking 72 and a projected part for locking 70 is provided between the inner face of the recessed part for fitting 42 and the outer face of the projected part for fitting 44.
