PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the vibration-isolated structure of a building in which the generation of tensile axial force to a laminated rubber used for a seismic isolator can be inhibited by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The laminated rubber 2a is used as the seismic isolator 2, and a steel pipe with a conical-shaped head section 7a is installed onto the top face of a flange 2b in the upper section of the seismic isolator 2. A recessed section 3a having a sectional diameter larger than the steel pipe 7 and being shallower than the member height of the steel pipe 7 is formed to the base of a column 3 being mounted on the upper section of the seismic isolator 2 and constituting the upper structure 1b of the building 1. The top face of the recessed section 3a has a shape that the head section 7a of the steel pipe 7 is fitted, and the top face of the recessed section 3a and the head section 7a of the steel pipe 7 are brought to the state in which surfaces are brought into contact mutually in the normal case. A plurality of layers of rings 8 are fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe 7 so that both the inner circumferential surface of the recessed section 3a of the column 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe 7 are brought into contact. The rings 8 function as sliding materials, and are moved freely in the vertical direction of the column 3, using the steel pipe 7 as an axis.
