COURSE-GROOMING VEHICLE HAVING REAR TOOL CARRIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a course-grooming vehicle having a rear tool carrier capable of uniformly grooming a course without requiring a lot of experience in a role of an operator. SOLUTION: At least one sensor is provided for direct or indirect detection of an actual state of a surface of a course to be groomed by a course-grooming device, and the sensor is connected to a control unit. The control unit comprises a memory for storing at least one characteristic diagram regarding course surfaces of a variety of compositions and attendant nominal set values for height and/or angle of the rear course-grooming device, and an evaluation circuit which compares an actual value detected by the sensor with a corresponding nominal value of the characteristic diagram and actuates the minimum of one adjusting element accordingly as a function of an evaluation result.
