<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an answer system for promoting a voluntary and positive answer to a question from a customer. SOLUTION: This answer system for accepting inquiry information from a customer terminal unit 1 and giving answer information to the inquiry, is provided with a center server 3 connected with the customer terminal unit 1 through a communication line 2 and one or more post servers 4 connected with the center server by LAN 5. The center server and the post server have an answer management data base 6 and a post management data base 7, respectively. The post server is connected with one or more respondent terminal units 8. The center server 3 sends the inquiry information to proper post server 4 by retrieval of the inquiry information from the customer terminal unit and distributes the inquiry information to each respondent terminal unit 8 from the post server the incentive (handling point advantageous for respondent) is given to the answer from the respondent terminal unit and the voluntary answer is promoted.</p> |
