COMMODITY PLAN SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity plan support method capable of presenting a plurality of commodities having a high degree of certainty of purchase based on customer's value standard and psychological characteristics. SOLUTION: This commodity plan support method constitutes items of commodities in accordance with customer's degree of anxiety for anxious items and supporting customer's decision of a commodity plan based on psychological characteristic information indicating customer's character and customer attribute information indicating customer's social attribute. This method is achieved by a purchase certainty degree calculation procedure for calculating the degree of purchase certainty indicating a purchase possibility based on the degree of anxiety for a predetermined scope concerning either of security amount and insurance premium in the commodity plan, an importance degree judging procedure for judging whether importance is given to the security amount or the insurance premium based on the degree of anxiety in a predetermined margin of insurance premium of the commodity plan, and a recommended commodity determining procedure for determining a plurality of commodities in accordance with the degree of anxiety and determining them as recommended commodities based on the results of judgement of the importance degree judging procedures.
