PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic form creating program and method for automatically creating form data on the basis of data from software, with which print data are achieved from an application to analyze form data, an electronic form is automatically created on the basis of the analysis result, all forms handled by an application for carrying out print business are electronized, and output as an electronic form file or compressed with no correction of the conventional application and no setting/no output of the form data, and a storage destination is automatically determined. SOLUTION: The electronic form creating program and method allow a computer to execute electronic form creating method comprises means for achieving predetermined print instruction information and print data on character data or figure data, means for analyzing the print data thus achieved, and means for extracting, on the basis of the analysis result, the name of a creator and the name of a form added to the print data thus analyzed when no creator's name and no form's name are added to the data, and creating an electronic form. |
