PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tap capable of interlocking the supply and stop of water to a disposer with the start and stop of the disposer to attain excellent convenience for use in a sink with the disposer, attaining excellent sanitation and applicable to sinks having various types of washing water taps. SOLUTION: In a designated position of the sink 1 having the disposer 7 on the lower side of an opening 6 of a washing recessed part 5, this water tap 28 for exclusive use with the disposer is so constructed that a water supply pipe 31 provided with a water supply valve 30 is accommodated inside and a water tap body 29 for supplying water from a water supply port 32 communicated with the water supply pipe 31 to the washing recessed part 5 is mounted, and the water tap body 29 is provided with an operation switch 33 for performing the supply and stop of water by operation of the water supply valve 30 interlocking with the start and stop of the disposer 7.
