PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a heat insulating means arranged in a boundary part between commodity storage chambers on the inside wall face of an inner box without any deterioration in a heat insulating effect for preventing its deforma tion or breakage and improving productivity. SOLUTION: This vending machine is provided with a heat insulated casing 10, which has an outer box 1 and the metal-plate inner box 3 arranged on the inside of the outer box 1 via a heat insulating member 4, and a separation plate 7 sectioning the inside of the inner box 3 into a plurality of commodity storage chambers 2. Along the boundary, in which the separation plate 7 and the commodity storage chamber 2 are brought into mutual contact, between the commodity storage chambers, the heat insulating means 22a reducing heat conduction is arranged, and the heat insulating member 22a is constructed by intermittently arranging projection parts 21a projected in a clearance between cutout parts 23a and 23a.
