PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band-gap reference voltage generating circuit which can suppress variation and variance in output voltage even when the circuit is sealed with filler-containing resin. SOLUTION: First and second band-gap reference voltage generation parts 1 and 2 are provided to generate constant voltages; and the output voltages of the 1st and 2nd band-gap reference voltage generation parts 1 and 2 are inputted to an OR circuit, which outputs the higher voltage. The output from the OR circuit 4 is the output voltage Vout of the band-gap reference voltage circuit.
