The invention relates to a process for manufacturing composite products for buildings having fireproofing and fungicidal properties. The process comprises the following steps : mixing the blast-furnace slag or sterile resulting from metallurgy with residual acid solutions; separating and treating the resulting solution with wood scraps; various embodiments of processing the resulting product.
