PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the preparation time for referential image data or the like prepared prior to the start of inspection for a printed matter such as a printed wiring board, and to enhance the inspection precision, too. SOLUTION: After a concentration value (referential image data) of a reference image, and a preset allowance data are acquired (S1), a concentration value of an updating image is acquired (S5). Whether the concentration value of each picture element in the updating image is within an allowance range or not is determined to extract the picture element outside the allowance range (S7). Respective values of referential image data and the allowance data are updated to make the concentration value of the extracted picture element brought within the allowance range (S12). Then, the updated image is shifted by a prescribed picture element to a prescribed direction with respect to the reference image (S13), and whether the concentration value of the each picture element in the updating image is within the allowance range or not is determined to extract the picture element outside the allowance range (S14). Only the value of the allowance data is updated to make the concentration value of the extracted picture element brought within the allowance range (S15). |
