<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the conversion efficiency is low in a conventional photoelectric convertor using crystal semiconductor particles. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a number of first conductivity crystal semiconductor particles are arranged on a substrate as one electrode, and a second conductivity semiconductor layer is formed on the crystal semiconductor particles while interposing an insulation substance between the crystal semiconductor particles. In this case, after the second conductivity semiconductor layer is formed as a film on the first conductivity crystal semiconductor particles, the insulation substance is arranged between the crystal semiconductor particles.</p> |
