PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a computer for efficiently executing the work for assigning a number of personnel at predetermined positions. SOLUTION: Each working portion is numbered (S301). Then, a working time determined for each of personnel is referred to and the personnel are lined in the order of earlier working starting times (S302). The personnel are selected in the lined order (S303), empty working positions are searched in the order of the numbered working position (S304), and when the empty working positions are found (S305), the personnel are assigned therein (S308). When other personnel are already assigned at all working positions, working positions are searched where working finishing times for the personnel already assigned are the earliest (S306), the working finishing times at the working positions are compared with the working starting times for the personnel to be assigned, and overlapped time zones for both of them are checked. |
