<p>The invention relates to a support stand (10) for a table for supporting a computer display unit, a monitor or equivalent and for adjusting the height position of the display unit or monitor. The support stand (10) comprises a frame (10) and a slide part (16) and at least one guide (11a1, 11a2) for the slide part (16). There is a screw (15) which can be turned in connection with the frame (11) and which is operatively engaged by its threads (n1) with mating threads (n2) provided in the slide part (16). In the device arrangement, a support table (19) for the display unit or monitor or equivalent is connected to the slide part (16) through an arm part (18). By turning the screw (15) the slide part (16) can raised and lowered along the guides (11a1, 11a2) and the support table (19) connected with the slide part (16) can be adjusted in its height position.</p> |
