<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing chiral 2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxyl derivatives. More particularly, it relates to a method comprising the steps of reacting (RS)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid with an optical resolving agent to obtain diastereomer, and resolving the diastereomer by recrystalization or chromatography to obtain (S)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxyl derivatives and (R)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxyl derivatives having optical purity, wherein the optical resolving agent is a chiral heterocycle compound.</p> |
