<p>The invention is directed to a repair device (1) for repairing a dent in a surface of a sheet metal structure. The repair device comprises a stand (2, 48) to be placed on the surface of the sheet metal structure, a pulling mechanism (3), which is connected to the stand (2, 48), a welding head (14) comprising at least one electrically conductive grounding connection (11) and at least one electrically conductive pulling electrode (9), suitable to be welded to the surface of the sheet metal structure by a welding current. The welding current is generated by a welding machine (5). The pulling electrode (9) is mechanically connected to the pulling mechanism (3) such that the pulling electrode (9) is movable by the pulling mechanism (3) away from said surface.</p> |
