摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short wavelength laser beam source which carries out a high-output and stable operation by preventing transmission of heat generated from a semiconductor laser element to an optical waveguide type wavelength conversion element. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser element 6 and an optical waveguide type wavelength conversion element 7 are mounted on a submount 3. A fundamental wave P1 emitted from the semiconductor laser element 6 is made incident on the optical waveguide type wavelength conversion element 7. The submount 3 is stuck to a heat sink 1 through a sticking material 2c, the optical waveguide type wavelength conversion element 7 is stuck to the submount 3 through a sticking material 2b, and the semiconductor laser element 6 is stuck to the submount 3 through a sticking material 2a. When setting the thermal conductivity of a sticking material 2c to be A1 , the thermal conductivity of a sticking material 2b to be A2 and the thermal conductivity of a sticking material 2a to be A3 , the relation of A2 <A1 <=A3 (unit: W/(mK)) is satisfied.</p>
