<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent magnetic attraction force between both abutting surfaces of an armature and a stator, and to dispense with joining of the armature and a valve needle. SOLUTION: When attracting the armature 31 by electromagnetic force of the stator 40 when carrying an electric current to a coil 46, that is, the armature 31 and the stator 40 are allowed to abut to each other via a nonmagnetic substance film 41. This nonmagnetic substance film 41 is formed on an end surface of the stator 40 by a construction material including NiP in the thickness of 30 to 100μm. Thus, the electromagnetic attraction force between both abutting surfaces just after stopping current-carrying to the coil 46 is excellently prevented without arranging an air gap, and a delay in the separating timing of the armature 31 from the stator 40 is eliminated. Even if an impact load by the armature 31 is repeatedly applied, surface roughness is not caused in the nonmagnetic substance film 41, and separation from the end surface of the stator 40 is not caused.</p> |
