PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output adjusting method for a plurality of power supplies which properly balances the outputs of the plurality of power supplies with simple constitution, eliminates variance in service life among the individual power supplies, and improve the stability of outputs. SOLUTION: The individual power supplies 21 and 22 are equipped with control parts 23 which controls their outputs. The control parts 23 recognize variations of their power supply outputs and computes output target values at which the outputs of the power supplies 21 and 22 are balanced for the power supplies 21 and 22. When the output target values are computed for the power supplies 21 and 22, random variations are given to their power supply outputs and the output target values are computed for the power supplies on the basis of maximum and minimum values of variations at that time. Autonomous control is carried out for the power supplies 21 and 22 so that the power supply outputs reach the target values.
