PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk driving device incorporated with a wobble signal detecting circuit capable of playing back the optical disk which is recorded with a CLV (constant linear velocity) format, by a CAV (constant angular velocity). SOLUTION: The device is provided with a filter circuit 11a making the wobble signal detected by a signal detecting circuit to be the input and the passing signal frequency band to be variable by a band control signal, and a filter control circuit 13 (including F-V converting circuit 40) for generating the above band control signal corresponding to an output frequency of the filter circuit 11a and supplying the generated signal to the filter circuit 11a. Also, the filter circuit 11a is alternatively allowed to be constituted of a circuit making variable the signal frequency band passed by the frequency of the band control signal supplied by the filter control circuit 13, and the filter control circuit 13 is constituted of a phase synchronizing circuit 13 for generating a clock signal synchronized with the output signal of this filter circuit to make the clock signal be the band control signal.
