PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching plate of an electronic device component, especially an attaching plate of a magnetic head, capable of suppressing attaching failures of resistance welding. SOLUTION: An attaching plate 1 is provided with an opening 2 for inserting a head 5. A plurality of projected parts 3 are formed in the opening 2 which are protruded inward from a pair of opposing edges to fix the head 5, and a tongue part 4 is formed, which is protruded inward from the other pair of edges of the opening 2 and larger in area than the projected part 3 to fix the head 5. The tongue part 4 is formed in a position lower than the projected part 3. The head 5 is inserted into the opening 2, resistance-welded to the projected part 3, and positioned by the tongue part 4.
