The inventive device is used for electrolytic treatment and hardening the surfaces of the defective sections of the heat exchange tubes (HET) of steam generators of nuclear power stations. Said device comprises reservoirs with electrolytes, a hydraulic pump producing a pressure to 1.0 MPa, a hose (2) for supplying the electrolyte to the region (6) of tubes having a defect (17), a flexible electrode (12) embodied in the form of a spring with impacted coils made for exemple of a nickel wire having a diameter equal to 3-4 times the thickness of a deposit reinforcing layer (11). The external diameter of the electrode is approximately equal to ½ of the internal diameter of the heat exchange tubes. The electrode is connected to undersealing polymeric hoses (10, 13) directly or by means of thin-walled titanic tubes. On the other side, said undersealing tubes are connected to hoses (21, 22) for electrolyte input-output. The undersealing hoses (or the titanic tubes) are provided with slots (9) for passing the electrolyte between the surface of heat exchange tube and the electrode. The pneumatic seals (16) are arranged on the undersealing hoses in such a way than a defective section is isolated from the other part of the tubes. The volumes under the pneumatic seals are connected to each other with air of a tube (8) which passes inside the spring of the electrode through gaskets (18), and to a compressor producing an air to 1.5 MPa by means of a tube in the form of a pneumatic outlet. Said pneumatic outlet (20) and an electric output (19) pass inside hoses to a T-pipe (4) and are separated from the electrolyte through the gasket (3). The inventive device comprises units (1, 7, 23-26, S, M1, M2, K1, K2 ) used for introducing the hoses and the flexible electrode into heat exchange tubes and also for stopping and tightening the electrode in the defective section of the heat exchange tubes (14, 15, K3).
|
