<p>This invention relates to a method to improve the output of an engine by processing the exhaust gas. The method comprises following steps: first, leading the exhaust gas from exhaust pipe into a processing device, and then, to promote the pressure of the exhaust gas in the processing device. This invention also relates to a swirl device for processing exhaust gas. Said swirl device comprises: a housing provided with opposite first and second end faces; an inlet opening positioned in the first end face and communicated with the exhaust pipe; an outlet opening positioned in the second face; a metering plate, which is parallelly arranged to the first end face, and fixed to the housing, and provided with plural through-holes; a guiding device, which is arranged between the first end face and the metering device, and fixed to the metering device.</p> |
