<p>An ink jet recorder, wherein ink feed passages (17Y), (17M), (17C), and (17K) for connecting heads (4Y), (4M), (4C), and (4K) held on a head unit (5) to ink storage means (15Y), (15M), (15C), and (15K) installed on the outside are disposed through near a rotating shaft (7) for rotatably supporting the head unit (5), wherein, since the ink feed passages (17Y), (17M), (17C), and (17K) are connected to the ink storage means (15Y), (15M), (15C), and (15K) on the outside through near the rotating shaft (7), the ink feed passages (17Y), (17M), (17C), and (17K) can be prevented from rising from the head unit (5) even when the head unit (5) is rotated, and the ink feed passages (17Y), (17M), (17C), and (17K) need not have an extra looseness to assure the movement of the head unit (5), whereby, even if a head is moved between a recording position and a recovering operation position, increase in durability and reliability can be realized without providing any damage to the ink feed passages.</p> |
