The invention relates to a type of paving made especially of concrete and having preferably an outer hexangled outline, the lateral surfaces thereof (2, 102 and 203) in a face to face arrangement rest against each other, at least on some areas, when the pavings are laid-down on a bottom layer or similar, each of the lateral surfaces (2, 102 and 203) of a hexangled paving (1, 101 and 201) being provided with some contact sections (3, 103, 104 and 215) which allow to achieve the impermeability required in the mounting joint area, which is formed between the hexangled pavings (1, 101 and 203), on the lateral sides (2, 102 and 203) there may be provided, excepting the cutting-outs (105 and 106) and/or a continuous groove (205) having a horizontal course, therethrough there being improved the joint stability and the impermeability in the mounting joint area against the entrance of some damaging impurities.
