The invention relates to a closure with safety ring for containers. According to the invention, the said closure with safety ring for containers (12) is provided with an inside thread (22) and a ring (26) for pointing out the counterfeits, having an inner curved surface (33) and a flake-shaped shoulder (34) radially oriented towards the inside, with a reduced cross section, the flake-shaped shoulder (34) having an upper surface (36) radially oriented, and a lower surface (35) oriented under a specified angle, the said surfaces meeting in a flexible area with reduced cross section (37), the safety shoulders (39) being thiner in the cross section and pivotably interconnected at the reduced cross section (37), in the purpose of a radial displacement towards the inside and towards the outside, around an axle passing through the reduced cross section area (37), the safety shoulders (39) having a plane surface (41) and an edge (42) limited by the plane surfaces (41 and 42) so that, when, in conditions of relative stress, the safety shoulders (39) are close to a low taper surface (59) of the annealed shoulder (57) from the neck of the container (12), at the selective gearing of the surface (42) with the upper side (58) there resulting a radial displacement towards the outside of the safety shoulders (39) up to a point where the plane frontal surface (42) of the safety shoulders (39) comes in contact with the lower surface (59) from the annular shoulder (57), as a result of unscrewing the cased catch (11).
