PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dynamic skew by eliminating unevenness in the left and right spring constants of in a suspension. SOLUTION: The device is an objective lens driving device supported by four suspensions 24, 24, etc., each two of which support the upper and lower parts of a moving part 23 provided with an objective lens with respect to a fixed part. The fixed part member 22 and the moving part member are formed with a formed member of a synthesized resin material, respectively, the end parts 24a and 24b of each of the suspensions are integrally formed with the fixed part member and the movable part member, the upper suspension and the lower suspension are respectively punched out of a single leaf spring material and one pair of the suspensions are reversely arranged in their directions.
