PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preparation and replenishment of a replenishing liquid for photographic processing which prepares the replenishing liquid with high reliability even in using raw materials for replenishment of different manufacturers and sending out the prepared liquid to a processing tank. SOLUTION: This device 7 for preparation and replenishment of the replenishing liquid for photographic processing is connected to the processing tank 40 for development processing of photographic sensitive materials across a replenishing flow passage 71 having a replenishing pump. This device is provided with a replenishing container 7 having a liquid level sensor 78 for detecting the insufficiency of the replenishing liquid, a water supply pump 72 for supporting diluting water to the replenishing container, a buzzer for reporting the insufficiency of the replenishing liquid detected by the liquid level sensor, a raw material feeding recognition section for recognizing the feeding of the fresh replenishing stock liquid and a controller 8 for supplying the diluting water of the volume considered necessary for the preparation of the replenishing liquid read out in accordance with the information on the recognition of the charging of the raw materials from the present table for preparation of the replenishing liquid.
