PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a speaker employed in an information communication apparatus, and a speaker module and an electronic apparatus fixed with that speaker. SOLUTION: Since a first diaphragm fixed to a plurality of openings of the housing and a second diaphragm 27 having a plurality of sound generators are coupled acoustically with an enclosed space 31 as a medium, the shape of each diaphragm and a speaker module or an electronic apparatus employing it can be reduced.
