PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive control system for a remote control camera, which can properly grasp the direction of the camera placed at a remote place so as to control the camera. SOLUTION: An MPU 23 of an operation section 2 allows a display means 21 to display a camera image denoting three-dimensionally the azimuth of the camera 1 according to the procedure of a three-dimensional display processing section 25aa of a storage means 25. A position input processing section 25ab processes the input from a position input means 22, the position input means 22 moves a prescribed position of the camera image to change the azimuth of the camera image and display it accordingly, and a camera operation signal processing section 25ac generates a signal to actually change the azimuth of the camera 1. The MPU 23 of the operation section 2 configuring a communication means, a protocol processing section 25ad, an interface 27, a communication line L2 and an interface 13 of the camera 1 are used to transmit the generated signal to the camera 1, and a drive means 12 of the camera 1 changes the actual direction of the camera 1.
