ELECTRODEPOSITION COATING AND BAKING DRYING METHOD OF TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the continuous treatment of a tank with electrodeposition coating and baking drying by preventing the entering of an electrodeposition liquid inside the tank in an electrodeposition coating process and the deformation of the tank caused by the thermal expansion in a baking drying process. SOLUTION: A suspension tool 11 attached to a conveyer 10 and for transporting the tank 1 is composed of a hollow structural pipe. The tank 1 is detachably attached to the suspension tool 11 with a tank plug fixture 12 to communicate the inside of the tank 1 with the inside of the suspension tool 11. When the tank 1 is dipped into the electrodeposition liquid, the electrodeposition coating is carried out in a state that an atmospheric opening part 13 of the suspension tool 11 is positioned in a level higher than the liquid level and after that, the baking drying is carried out as the inside of the tank communicates with the inside of the suspension tool with the tank plug fixture 12.
