PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic assembly by accurately and closely winding a magnetic body with a center conductor and, therefore, to provide an irreversible circuit element and an isolator which have excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: Line conductors 6, 7 and 8 are connected to one another on one surface side of a magnetic body substrate 5 and put one over another on the other surface side of the magnetic body substrate, and respective ends of the line conductors put one over another on the other surface side are connected to capacitor substrates 11 and 12; and a spacer member 3 is inserted into a yoke while parts of the line conductors which are connected to the capacitor substrates are pressed by a projection part 31a formed at part of the spacer member, and a magnet member 4 presses overlaying parts of the line conductors toward the magnetic body substrate side, so that the line conductors are pressed.
