PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely keep a locked condition of a turning lever of a lever- operated connector. SOLUTION: The lever-operated connector is equipped with a turning lever 13 to connect and release a first housing 11 and a second housing 12 free to be insertion-coupled with each other. When the first and the second housings 11, 12 are connected with each other, a control part 37 contacting with a frame part for locking 44 of the second housing 12 is provided at the turning lever 13 so that the turning lever 13 provided at the first housing should not lean sideways against the second housing 12.
