PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fundamentally solve the problems that it is hard to increase the thickness of material when a high dimensional accuracy is pursued and it is hard to obtain the dimensional accuracy, and the cost is remarkably increased like a quadratic function when the thickness is reduced and the laminated numbers are increased. SOLUTION: A thin plate 2 having a hole 1 which has an extremely high accuracy is used for a front surface and other thin plates 2 of which the holes have diameters inferior in accuracy and slightly larger than prescribed diameters are used for other positions and a means is used to fix the plates together.
