ADAPTOR CARD FOR DYNAMIC BURN-IN APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor card for burn-in apparatus that can quickly burn in a speedy and functional semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The adaptor card 10 having an oscillation circuit 1a, a waveform-shaping circuit 1b, and the like can be mounted between a signal generator that is provided at the back board of the burn-in apparatus and a burn-in card. The oscillation circuit 1a generates a plurality of clock signals that have a higher frequency than a clock signal inputted from a connection terminal 4 and has each different frequency. A clock signal outputted from the oscillation circuit 1a is selected by a frequency control switch 2 and is outputted from a connector 5. A waveform-shaping circuit 1b converts a signal for burn-in that is inputted from the connection terminal 4 to a signal for burn-in in synchronization with the clock signal. The output of the waveform- shaping circuit 1b is outputted from the connector 5 via a control switch 3 for switching a signal path.
