PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting device for a gutter, which eliminates a cumbersome task of a person to remove dust deposited in a collecting vessel or the gutter by climbing up a high altitude. SOLUTION: The dust collecting device is formed of a pair of rear wall guides (13) arranged on a rear wall, a pair of front wall guides (17) fixed to a front wall, a pair of bearing members (15), a pair of engaging members (12), a covering member (5), and a wire (18). Each bearing member (15) has a rear end thereof arranged adjacently to the rear wall guide (13) and a front end thereof arranged adjacently to the front wall guide (17), and has a bump portion which is elevated to a location higher than an upper end of the collecting vessel, at a location between the rear end and the front end. Then, a crest guide (16) is arranged at about a crest of the bump. Each engaging member (12) has the bearing member (15) and the wire (18) inserted therein.
