PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type louver system for an elevated road rear face sound absorbing material composed so it can be suspended from a backing material of an elevated road rear face. SOLUTION: A back face plate has side wall parts formed by bending both longitudinal side edges downward, one portions of side walls is formed in lateral edges by bending them in small width sizes, and the back face plate is formed into a downward facing groove shape as a whole. End part plates forming the side walls of the lateral edges of the back face plate are formed with a length the same as the lateral edges and a height the same as the side wall parts formed on both longitudinal side edges of the back face plate, and joining parts with the back face plate are integrally coupled. A sound absorbing material is filled in a box shaped container with an opened bottom face formed by the back face plate and the end part plates. A plurality of louvers are attached via a plurality of louver holding members fixedly attached to the bottom face of the box shaped container with the opened bottom face formed by the back face plate and the end part plates.
