PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment suitable for health maintenance, so designed that tightening force acting on an attached part is dispersed via many piles to eliminate congestion and tightening feeling caused on the attached part, and thereby the tightened traces are prevented from being left on the attached part so as to give a wearer comfortable wearing feeling. SOLUTION: The garment is provided with a tightening part 13 where the contraction of elastic fiber yarns 12 prevents displacement by applying tightening forth on an attached part 2; wherein the predetermined area of the tightening part 13 contacting to the attached part 2 is formed of pile stitches so that many pile stitches are thickly made in the area, and thereby the tightening forth caused by the contraction of the elastic fiber yarns 12 is dispersed to many pile stitches 16.
