SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR ASYCHRONOUS SYNCHRONIZATION

A system and method is disclosed which enables a user to asynchronously synchronize datasets amongst such devices as a PC, PDA, or cell phone. The method disclosed allows for such synchronization to occur through several mediums including the internet 102a or a corporate network 102b. The method further includes steps to update data amongst all devices quickly and securely.
