<p>The invention relates to a grate for small heaters for burning solid fuel bodies (37) having a limited size (6-10 mm). The grate comprises a plurality of interspaced elements (25) that are rotatable in order to, during burning of the fuel bodies (37) on the same, set the fuel bodies in motion in a direction from a feeding end towards an opposite end of the grate while tumbling the same as the burning progresses and as ashes or other residual deposits automatically fall down into a subjacent ash space (9) via interspaces (38) between adjacent elements. Said interspaces are of a substantially uniform narrow width that is within the range of 2-4 mm, and the individual grate elements (25) being of a maximum cross-section dimension or diameter that is within the range of 10-18 mm.</p> |
