摘要 PURPOSE: A method for improving air-permeability by automatically segment charging nut coke into the air-permeability defective zone when air-permeability defective zone is formed where temperature is substantially dropped by separately weighing nut coke according to probe measurement results of charging materials inside blast furnace is provided. CONSTITUTION: The nut coke segment charging method for improving air-permeability in bell-less blast furnace comprises a step of ordering controlling of charging notch by analyzing measured data of air-permeability defective zone using probe measurement results of charging materials inside blast furnace and dividing the analyzed measurement data into central part, intermediate part and wall part; a step of displaying the transmitted order on a CRT(20-1) by transmitting an order from charging notch control program to process computer(20), and selecting the nut coke mixed charging or segment charging after an operator judge whether to perform nut coke mixed charging or segment charging; a step of inputting weighing values for segment nut coke charging and nut coke top charging sequence; a control step of for transmitting nut coke weighing values and weighing completion sensing signals to control nut coke weighing discharge from the raw material PLC(24) by linking blast furnace top PLC(23) with raw material PLC(24); and a step of transmitting receiving signals of nut coke substitution charging quantity capable of discharging nut coke from the blast furnace top PLC(23) to the raw material PLC(24) to receive nut coke into blast furnace top hopper if coke charging one charge is completed by matrix inputted into charging sequence input part(25) by receiving nut coke in the control step.
